Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BusyFam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BusyFam application, website at busyfam.app, and all related services (collectively the "Service") operated by BusyFam ("we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

These Terms apply to users in the United Kingdom, European Union, and United States of America. Users outside these jurisdictions may access the Service but do so at their own risk and BusyFam makes no representations regarding compliance with local laws outside these regions.

To use BusyFam you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. BusyFam reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their eligibility.

To access BusyFam features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

BusyFam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false or incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.

You may cancel your BusyFam Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at BusyFam2026@hotmail.com.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period

• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period

BusyFam does not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

UK and EU consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of initial purchase under consumer protection regulations. However by accessing Pro features immediately upon subscription you acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once the service has commenced.

BusyFam uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to generate personalised meal plans, workout routines, grocery lists, cooking instructions and related content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only

• Meal plans, nutritional information and dietary suggestions are not professional nutritional or medical advice

• Workout routines and fitness suggestions are not professional fitness or medical advice

• Estimated costs and supermarket prices are approximations only and may not reflect actual current prices

• AI generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information

• BusyFam does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI generated content for your specific circumstances

IMPORTANT: BusyFam is not a medical service. The meal plans, dietary suggestions and workout routines provided by BusyFam are general suggestions only and are not intended to replace professional medical, nutritional or fitness advice.

Before making significant changes to your diet or starting a new exercise programme you should:

• Consult your doctor or healthcare provider, especially if you have any existing health conditions

• Consult a registered dietitian or nutritionist for personalised dietary advice

• Consult a qualified personal trainer for personalised fitness advice

• Ensure workout routines are appropriate for your current fitness level

• Weight bearing exercises are recommended for adults aged 16 and over only. Children should always perform the bodyweight version of any exercise. Always supervise children during exercise.

BusyFam accepts no liability for any injury, illness, adverse reaction or other harm arising from following AI generated meal plans or workout routines. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

By using BusyFam you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract data from the Service

• Share your account credentials with others

• Misuse the free plan by creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive or inappropriate content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable or impair it

BusyFam and all its content, features, and functionality including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software and AI generated content are owned by BusyFam and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

BusyFam collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at busyfam.app/privacy-policy. We comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR and CCPA. Your data is never sold to third parties. We use Stripe for payment processing and Base44 for hosting and infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BusyFam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BusyFam in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BUSYFAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT AI GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.

BusyFam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or extended inactivity. Upon termination your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may request deletion of your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

EU users may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

BusyFam reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email or through a prominent notice in the app.

Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
